Returns
At Revantage Labs, we take product safety and hygiene seriously. Because our products are consumable edible goods, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of all products sold through our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@revantagelabs.com.
To help us review the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, all dietary supplements, including gummies and other consumable items, are considered non-returnable.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered, opened, used, partially used, or tampered with.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, please contact us at info@revantagelabs.com and we will review the issue.
Refunds
Because our products are consumable goods, we do not offer refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your case is approved, any refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
